Drop in to join tai chi class every Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. at the Chatham Community Center. Beginners start at 8:00 to 8:45 a.m. and practice the first third of  Cheng Man-Ching’s Yang Short Form.

Intermediate students practice the whole form from 8:45 to 9:30 a.m. When there is interest, Tui Shou (Push Hands) sessions can be scheduled after class.

The Chatham Community Center is located on Main Street, near the traffic circle, in Chatham.
